Little Taters started off the year with a trip to the ER for his first set of stitches. Five. He was walking up our basement stairs, carrying a handful of toys, when he slipped and cut his chin on the metal edging on the stairs. (We have said we need to take off that dangerous metal edging a hundred times. It’s still on there. We are extremely low motivation.)
Aside from an INSANELY long wait at the ER, he was a champ and got through the stitches no problem. He got them taken out 10 days later. But sometimes he still says his stitches hurt.

nothing made me happier than coming to your blog today to see several posts! Yea! I've missed you. You're adorable and I hope this is the beginning of a year full of fun posts by Mindy. No pressure though. You just have a fan club that loves to read about you.
Haley had to get stitches, too! I learned an awesome lesson. Call your pediatrician and ask if they do them there. Ours did and all we paid was a $30 co pay and no wait time because it she was considered an emergency. All for next time, right? :)
